Refund Policy

We provide a 60-day return policy for all products purchased on our website. The valid 60-day return window officially starts the day your package is successfully delivered to your address. All refunds processed by our store are settled in United States Dollars (USD), which serves as our universal transaction currency for all refund orders.
If you are unsatisfied with your received goods and wish to apply for a return, you must send a return application to our customer service team within the full 60-day return timeframe. Any return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted and cannot be processed for refunds.
All returned merchandise must meet strict return eligibility standards to receive a full refund. Items should stay unused, unopened, undamaged, and retain their original factory packaging. All matching accessories, tags and parts included with the original shipment need to be sent back together. Products with obvious signs of wear, scratches, discoloration, broken parts or missing attachments will only qualify for partial refunds or be rejected entirely.
Once our warehouse receives your returned parcel, our quality inspection team will carefully examine every item to verify its condition. After the inspection passes and your return application is approved, we will initiate your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund money will be transferred back to the original payment channel you used when placing the order.
Please note that any payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount if applicable. We hold the right to adjust the refund value if returned products arrive damaged, incomplete or contaminated due to improper storage, careless handling or misuse from your side.
